a non-regular. John was being pursued around the lounge by Ulana, who was fretting. Thom and I were packing up his DJ gear in preparation for our own departure, but we were watching and listening as Ulana proclaimed, "We shouldn't let in anyone we don't know!" John stopped short, turned around, and looked at her, astonished. "They're called customers, Ulana!""
